Baltic –Mediterranean Seas Smart Regions Resilient and Sustainable Cities Network, Knowledge Center and Federated Living Lab
To establish ICT, eServices and Open Data driven regional development and interregional cooperation network, partnership, Federated Knowledge Center and Living Lab for Resilient and Sustainable Smart Cities in Baltic and Mediterranean regions. The targeted priorities and challenges are those where digitalization, ICT driven development and Innovation, new Smart Cities eServices and applications (in transport and logistics, E-government, safety and security, eHealth, Critical Infrastructure, Environment, Tourism and other domains.), the Smart Specialization (RIS3) and Digital Agenda/Single Digital Market strategy could stimulate regional/cities development and improve well being of population. The eServices and applications, regional development topics that are aiming to provide interoperable, systematic situation awareness and monitoring capabilities for authorities and citizens, advanced analytic, decision support tools and Living Lab methods will be prioritized.
